Knowledgeable and Caring

I had a bad experience with a previous attorney who charged me large fees and in the end did nothing to resolve my case, leaving me in a very difficult situation. Someone recommended William Schiller, and in a period of only three months Mr. Schiller guided me through the legal processes and I was ab...le to obtain my permanent resident status and begin working legally in the United States. I am eternally grateful to Mr. Schiller for his honesty and guidance in this matter. I have recently become a citizen of the United States. This would not have been possible without the guidance of Mr. Schiller in helping me acheive this first important step several years ago. I truly recommend Mr. Schiller for his experience, knowledge and care in matters related to the immigration process. He is an excellent immigration attorney.

Highly qualified help and advice in immigration matters

I worked with Bill Schiller and his junior associate, Yllka Seseri, on my N-600 US Citizenship application and the subsequent adjustment of status for my husband. We were very fortunate to have Bill as our attorney. In my case, the entire process took approximately 1.5 years. During every step, Bill ...offered us the most comprehensive and individualized legal advice possible, and the filing process went smoothly thanks to the extremely organized and coordinated efforts of all of his staff. Filing the N-600 form in our case required painful digging for documents dating many years back from my native country. Bill and Yllka went out of their way helping us to collect all the necessary evidence, double-checked every fact and every piece of paper and ensured that all translations were accurate. Bill was very good about following up with us on the progress of the case and reminded us frequently what needed to be done. We were also pleasantly surprised to discover that the fees for such exceptional service were, in our opinion, quite modest. I would very strongly recommend Bill Schiller and his firm to anyone in need of legal help in the immigration matters.

Green Card received. Great experience.

I've had a great experience with Bill. I'm a physicist, working at Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory. Russian. I needed an attorney to help me to apply for a green card. First I have met Bill in June 2010 when a friend of mine recommended him. Before the first meeting I have sent him my CV an...d he reviewed it. So, when I came, he explained me the whole process. He was honest and didn't promise me that I will receive the card 100%, however he did mention that they had never received a denial for a green card before. Their business is well organized. They have many people working for them helping with different things from reviewing letters to notarizing documents. It took me a year to get all documents ready (but it could be mu less - I was just busy with other things all the time). We submitted documents in June 2012. I got an approval for I-140 in August and also received advance parole document, so that I could travel abroad. Then in September I received a "Request for Additional Evidence", where they asked to provide evidence that I still work at the same place. This is very typical. After we submitted the response, I have received the green card within 2 weeks. So, overall everything went smooth. Money-wise I felt like they did a lot of work for what I have paid them, so I thought that was fair. So, I would recommend you talk to Bill. He'll review your CV and tell you whether he would take your case or not. That doesn't cost any money. But if he takes the case, you'll receive a very good quality service from these guys and hopefully will be as as glad as I am at the end. Good Luck!

mission impossible,not anymore

we approached Mr.Schiller after we consulted 4 famous immigration lawyers in chicago ,2 immigration lawyers in Los Anglos,1 immigration lawyer in New York,3 immigration paralegals and 1 pro bono refugee organization, in short we wasted considerable amounts of time and resources and we hit a dead en...d,with no attorney to represent us due to the complexity of our case (seven years of illegal stay, denied I-485) from the first time we met Bill we knew he is the one ,what an attorney and what a person,he is by far the most diligent ,resourceful, and reliable attorney. as a law professor and with his years of experience he is totally aware of all the immigration laws that have changed over the course of years and he knew how to apply them, as well as his knowledge of the system, how it works, what will work for our benefit and what won't and most importantly how law is interpreted in Chicago. Mr.Schiller has an excellent reputation in the professional community.and when talking about Bill I can't forget his excellent staff specially young attorney Yllka Seseri who worked under Bill's supervision on our case, she is knowledgeable, hard working and dedicated beyond words, treated us as family with humility, kindness and respect, guided us by the hand through the immigration process,Bill and his staff had us always informed of every step,ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS answering our phone calls and emails on the spot or in a matter of few hours, taking the time to listen ,answer and guide with knowledge and experience.Bill and his staff dealt with every document needed for our files without errors and extraordinary detail, they filed every form with USCIS on time. He also took valuable extraordinary actions during the interview ,he was very aggressive it was needed. believe me he is one of a kind attorney ,a quality that you do not find anymore,I can't find enough words to describe how intelligent and how he knows immigration very very well but at the same time very humble ,and the only person he cares about his client.he is the 10th attorney I consulted ,but without comparision he is the best, look no more he is the one,His great knowledge of the immigration procedures and his positive attitude with me, my family and the immigration officials, got a fast and positive resolution of the case.he is everything one might hope for in a lawyer: knowledgeable, prompt, respectful, very fair in pricing. He was quick to send us updates, answer the many questions that came up during the process To conclude, I would certainly recommend william schiller for all your immigration needs; you won't regret it! with WILLIAM SCHILLER we were GRANTED ASYLUM IN THE FIRST INTERVIEW AFTER 7 YEARS OF OVERSTAY ,FROM THE ASYLUM OFFICER

Excellent immigration lawyer

Bill Schiller was recommended to me by a close friend of mine. Already in the country under an H-1B visa, I was selected for the Diversity Visa program last year. After a first meeting where Bill explained the process of the adjustment of status, the likelihood of succeeding and the billing (fair... and straightforward), I decided to hire him to represent me. I am very pleased with that decision, as I am now a permanent resident. Bill and his team were very professional, knowledgeable and responsive to any questions or concerns I had during the process. They prepared me well for the interview and were always on top of USCIS notifications and what they meant to my status. I am very thankful to them. I will gladly and highly recommend Bill as immigration lawyer.
