Trustworthy

My wife and I have worked with Bill Schiller to apply for permanent resident status. Bill and his staff were very competent and easily reachable. As we never had to deal with immigration law before, we really appreciated that his billing practices were fair and clear. He and his staff did take the ...time to address our concerns and walk us through the process when it was not very clear to us. In fact, not only did they handle our case professionally, but they also understood the anxiety that comes with being an immigrant and provided reassurance in the waiting moments. We hope we'll never have to deal with immigration law again, but if we ever had to we know we could trust Bill.

The Definition of Professionalism and Success

I was facing serious immigration problems and was reaching out to different attorneys, but no one gave me a single bit of hope. That was until I was referred to William Schiller. We met after our first phone conversation and he gave me his word and hope when I needed it the most. With his knowledge a...nd resources we presented a complete package during my interview where my case was approved and shortly after that I received everything in the mail. At the right time he also helped me obtain my green card and now I am applying for my citizenship. Looking back, I can not believe where I stand now, considering the amount of stress and anxiety that had with little hope to even stay in the country and from the first moment that we spoke, William Schiller gave me a peace of mind that no attorney had given before. He kept his word and during the entire process he has been there for any questions, for any consultation, and even as someone who just understands what an immigrant goes through in the United States. He is a family man, someone with great heart and work ethic who has one thing in mind and that is to help people achieve their goals. I went from not knowing what I'm doing with my life to building a happy and successful life here. He has been an inspiration to me in every way and I hope be able to follow his foot steps. Mr. Schiller has helped one of my close friends who was facing deportation to become legal and that person is now a permanent resident. I have met several of his clients and can only say that if it wasn't for him, none of us would be here and doing what we are doing now. William Schiller is an attorney devoted to helping people and at any stage of this process, no matter how busy, he is always just a phone call away and is willing to provide immediate attention the needs of his clients.

Excellent immigration lawyer

Bill Schiller was recommended to me by a close friend of mine. Already in the country under an H-1B visa, I was selected for the Diversity Visa program last year. After a first meeting where Bill explained the process of the adjustment of status, the likelihood of succeeding and the billing (fair... and straightforward), I decided to hire him to represent me. I am very pleased with that decision, as I am now a permanent resident. Bill and his team were very professional, knowledgeable and responsive to any questions or concerns I had during the process. They prepared me well for the interview and were always on top of USCIS notifications and what they meant to my status. I am very thankful to them. I will gladly and highly recommend Bill as immigration lawyer.

Impressed and eternally grateful GC case client

I am a software and research engineer, who works for one of the major US public universities. Last year I successfully applied for National Interest Waiver (NIW) Green Card with the help of Bill and his law firm. What I liked about working with Bill and his assistants is that they were trying to kee...p things straight and simple for me as a client during the whole process. Another great thing about Bill is that he is able accurately evaluate client's chances for a successfull case before taking it, which tells me that he is very experienced immigration lawyer and a honest person, and it is really important for him to keep a good track record of positively resolved cases. Also I'm grateful to Bill and Rob that they were patient and supportive, when things became a bit complicated because of time constraints. Unfortunately I wasn't able to meet and thank Bill personally, because I live in a different city and Bill handled my case remotely via e-mails and phone (By the way, there were no communications related problems at all because of that). His services worth every penny I paid to him. I guess you can find cheaper, but it would be hard to find better and IMHO immigration matters are not the thing, where you would want to save few bucks and put your immigration status in US at risk. Bottom line: My application was submitted to INS last summer and I received Green Card in less than 3 months after that. Probably that was not a record time for NIW cases, but me and my friends and colleagues were extremely impressed. There is no question for me now, who I will ask first to handle any of my future immigration issues.

A guiding light in the turbulent waters of U.S. immigration

Prior to meeting Bill, I was referred to another immigration lawyer who apparently had as much knowledge of our immigration procedure as we did. She filled us with fear and dread, gave us no meaningful info and offered no course of action, then billed us for wasting OUR time. Enter Bill; he assess...ed our situation and laid out multiple possible courses of action, including their consequences. Bill, Yllka and Olga were honest, and kept us on track and informed at every step. We were especially thankful to them for keeping us on track, considering our busy schedule and us not being able to devote enough time to our immigration issue (not to mention the constantly changing immigration policies that kept impacting our case). We were also thankful for their personable and friendly demeanor. Worth every penny!
