Outstanding Immigration Lawyer

Mr. Schiller is an extremely experienced and knowledgeable lawyer who will respond to your questions with objectivity and kindness. Immigration can be a stresseful process and Mr. Schiller always promptly responded to my phone calls and e-mails. He clearly stated the process related to the applicat...ion. I felt confident having Mr. Schiller help me file the application for my greencard and my citizenship. Whether you are a professor looking for a lawyer or a professional working in the United States, Mr. Schiller should be your lawyer. I highly recommend this outstanding lawyer.

Critical evaluation & transparency – are the two valuable services you get from Bill

Bill took us through the EB2-NIW process. From the credentials you have, He knows what, when and how to feed the "USCIS beast". He executes a honest and focused approach of the application. I will strongly recommend any fellow researcher with academic skills to get his review, before knocking the doo...rs of USCIS.

excellent immigration attorney

I was looking for an immigration lawyer for my green card application on the website when I was a Ph.D. student in Connecticut. I talked to several layers and fortunately made the right decision to work with Bill. Bill is realistic and honest. I was eager to obtain the green card before my gradua...tion and kind of insisted to apply by both EB-1 and NIW. Instead of saying “yes”, Bill was very realistic and honest with his opinions on what my chances and options were. Finally we decided to go with NIW. When I chose Bill as my lawyer whose office is over thousand miles away from my place, I did have concern about the accessibility. But what happened in the next few weeks completely relieved me since Bill and his team always responded to within several hours of my email. I truly appreciate the fast response. Overall, if you believe you and your family deserve green cards and need an excellent immigration lawyer to make it happen in a smooth way, Bill is the one you should talk to. I went through the whole process of material preparation, waiting, and finally receiving the cards with Bill during the last four years, and I understand the eagerness and stress. I just hope my review would provide some helpful information for you to make the first important decision of the green card application ---choosing the right lawyer.

A highly recommended good immigration lawyer - William Schiller (Bill)

I am writing to provide my strongest support to Mr. William Schiller (Bill) for his excellent professional service as a super immigration attorney. Bill, a well-known good immigration attorney, has been strongly recommended by the International Office of my University (ranked as a top 10 leading uni...versity in the nation) for all immigration matters, including EB1A - Extraordinary Ability, EB1B - Outstanding Professor and Researcher, EB2, National Interest Waiver, employment-based and family-based immigrations…, due to his outstanding records and successful results attained, and his excellent reputation as a good immigration attorney. My EB2-NIW was recently approved in a speedy manner, attributed to his excellent professional service. -- Bill and his team did an error-proof filing which results in a very smooth process. In particular, I find Bill to be extremely experienced, super responsible, highly reliable, and extraordinarily efficient in getting my case approved. In addition, Bill also has an exceptional experience, in conjunction with outstanding records and successful results, for helping clients on cases related to H1B, I140, I485, request for evidence (RFE), service request (SR), congressional inquiry, and various complex immigration issues. Overall, Bill (a prominent immigration attorney based in Chicago, Illinois) will surely be the best immigration attorney who would help resolve your needs in immigration matters. Here, I sincerely express my thankfulness and gratitude towards his excellent processional service on my green card petition, and I am truly grateful for his help. Thanks Bill and I wish you all the best! : )

Green Card received. Great experience.

I've had a great experience with Bill. I'm a physicist, working at Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory. Russian. I needed an attorney to help me to apply for a green card. First I have met Bill in June 2010 when a friend of mine recommended him. Before the first meeting I have sent him my CV an...d he reviewed it. So, when I came, he explained me the whole process. He was honest and didn't promise me that I will receive the card 100%, however he did mention that they had never received a denial for a green card before. Their business is well organized. They have many people working for them helping with different things from reviewing letters to notarizing documents. It took me a year to get all documents ready (but it could be mu less - I was just busy with other things all the time). We submitted documents in June 2012. I got an approval for I-140 in August and also received advance parole document, so that I could travel abroad. Then in September I received a "Request for Additional Evidence", where they asked to provide evidence that I still work at the same place. This is very typical. After we submitted the response, I have received the green card within 2 weeks. So, overall everything went smooth. Money-wise I felt like they did a lot of work for what I have paid them, so I thought that was fair. So, I would recommend you talk to Bill. He'll review your CV and tell you whether he would take your case or not. That doesn't cost any money. But if he takes the case, you'll receive a very good quality service from these guys and hopefully will be as as glad as I am at the end. Good Luck!
