My employment ended after 10 years and I could not find employment. I am thankful I learned of Attorney Leeders. I was searching through the internet for bankruptcy attorneys. I met with some attorneys then I met with Attorney Leeders and I knew instantly he was the right choice to represent me. I filed a Chapter 13 and I am currently almost finished paying all my debts. 11/14/2016 I completed the plan. Five years in the making, with strong resolve, I got my family out of debt. Finely I can start rebuilding my credit, that had gone bad due to medical problems. We weren't bad people, however things got bad, our decision to choose leeders have put us on the road to recover. thanks terrance in helping us make that difficult decision in our life.

No integrity
I hired Terry Leeders to represent me in a Chapter 7 bankruptcy. I paid him in full and he has yet to file bankruptcy. He promised on 2 occasions he would have it filed in 1-2 days. It's been a month since last promise and he wont even return my calls. He has all my paperwork and no reason to have not done as promised! Steer away!!

Committed breach of fiduciary duty in the mishandling of my case.
Actions by Terrance Leeders and Associates failed to zealously assert my position, failed to seek results advantageous to me, failed to examine my legal affairs which resulted in a conflict allowing a prior overlooked Superior ruling to become secondary having life impacting consequences, and executed several breaches of fiduciary duty that a case review would substantiate. No recourse as statute of limitations had expired.
