My name is
Frank L. Vosholler III. I was born in the southwest suburbs of Chicago.
I grew up in the neighborhood of Oak Forest/Midlothian. After
completion of high school I attended Illinois State University where I
graduated with a degree in Business Administration. Upon finishing my
undergraduate degree I attended John Marshall Law School where I
received my degree in May of
completion of the bar exam I took a position with Macey & Aleman,
the largest bankruptcy law firm in the country. I gained valuable
experience that was crucial to undertaking both Chapter 7 and 13
bankruptcy cases. In October of 2008, I was brought on to the Fleck Law
Group to start up and run the bankruptcy division of this firm.
Currently, I have embarked on my personal mission to reach a greater
number of clients at a lower fee in order to help people gain that
financial freedom they so desperately are seeking.

excellent Attorney
I would recommend Frank to anyone. He is a very nice atty & always helpful & explains matters to every detail. Very professional .He is always there to help you out even .His fee is not enormous & will work with you even thru these hard times everyone is having now.

Frank V Law, Best Affordable Lawyer In IL
Frank was able to help me in a big way with a traffic matter. With out Frank, I would be paying a VERY undeserving fine with a suspended license. Frank was able to help me for a very fair price. He actually saved me money. I would recommend him to anyone in need.

Frank is extremely knowledgeable as a bankruptcy attorney. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and promptly. Frank explained all of the lawyer "jargon" in a way that was easy to understand. Overall, I highly recommend Frank Vosholler.

Hired for closing on property
Received his card and seen he did real estate closing for $100. I hired him and informed him that I appealed property taxes for the property I was selling and I won the appeal so to make sure the credit for the taxes at closing is lower. Replied last May 3, 2023There was never any proof provided of an appeal being won. He was provided closing statement before closing and never said a word. It has been months since closing and I am still cleaning up his messes as a variance he was suppose to record was never done so I had to get a new copy have it recorded so buyer would not sue him. I love it when people don’t take responsibility for their own shortcomings and try to make somebody else to blame. Proof is in the pudding. I do not have one other bad review, but I am sure if we could right bad client complaints he would have a few.
