Selwyn is an excellent attorney. I can say with true certainty that within the three months since I have hired Selwyn to represent me on my case, my case has made enormous progress. His progress definitely trumps the progress (or lack thereof) of my previous two attorneys. After not seeing my child for over 18 months, Selwyn made it... his personal mission to work during the Christmas holiday to line up an emergency hearing for temporary visitation. The hearing was held the first week of January and I was granted a first time visitation with my daughter that weekend. The following week, a hearing that was supposed to determine child support/maintenance/alimony was converted to discuss a temporary parenting schedule. I had then received the time and schedule that I had requested. I was psyched to say the least that the case was finally starting to progress positively. Selwyn has also been helpful in giving me meaningful advice on how to conduct myself so that I wouldn't jeopardize my case in any way. His recommendations on how to proceed with the case have also been equally helpful.
