Kelly’s mission as a Charleston corporate lawyer is to provide affordable, accessible, and personalized business counsel to all of his business clients. Kelly advises business clients on a variety of corporate transactions including Charleston mergers and acquisitions, business organizations and reorganizations, business contracts and development, executive, employment, sales and consulting agreements, and intellectual property, specifically trademarks.

In my early years, I spent summers in Florida and winters in Park City, Utah. Besides skiing and surfing, I enjoy playing soccer, golf and tennis. Additionally, I studied international law in Sydney, Australia, traveled Central and South America, Indonesia and Southeast Asia, and worked for Habitat for Humanity, building houses in Nicaragua.
