Very Poor Communication, Attention to Detail, and Unprofessional

I hired Kristin to represent me in an employment retaliation case (child's mental health and parent/age discrimination), which she enthusiastically took on. Through the first month of the case, she was very thorough and handled direct communications with my employer quite well. When things began to g...et complicated in regards to FMLA leave and commission components of my case, she began to withdraw and communication began to decrease (between myself and my employer). She began to not respond to emails from my employer or myself, missing critical deadlines. and leaving me in the dark about what was happening with my case. I was never sent any case updates unless I reached out to her - which again, she seldom responded. When she did jump back into communications from time to time, she had done so without cross-referencing communication she had missed causing confusion for both parties and ultimately destroying my chances of pursuing further legal action against my lawyer. The case became so convoluted that my company found a loophole (created through this lack of legal communication) to retaliate even further, causing severe financial harm to my family. I would not recommend her to anyone who is looking for someone thorough, a good communicator, wants to be respected as the client, and has their best interest in mind. She is unprofessional through and through.

Incredible Experience

It was definitely my good fortune to be referred and taken on as a client of Kristin Case. I have NEVER been involved in any sort of legal issue with anyone let alone a former employer. But, when I found myself in a situation that just didn’t feel above board, I reached out to a very good friend who ...referred me to Kristin. From my initial contact with Becca (Kristin’s paralegal) to final resolution, Kristin was an incredible listener with an uncanny ability to cut through the crap and boil an issue down to what is relevant vs. what is ridiculous and amateurish horseplay. Kristin is super personable but ALWAYS professional and keeps her eye on the ball no matter how much time transpires from start to finish. Lastly, to witness her in action…methodical, clever and efficient are just a few traits that immediately come to mind. I hope that I never find myself in this situation again; however, if I should, she will be the FIRST person I call!

Kristin Case = Top Notch Employment Attorney

It was a pleasure working with Kristin on my own employment issue, and I've referred her to a number of friends/colleagues whenever an issues arises. Kristin has a knack for getting way ahead of the games/scams that employers and HR departments try to play against employees. She's super persona...ble to put my mind at ease around what options I had but also a "bulldog" for getting an optimal outcome for my scenario. I've heard the same from a number of referrals (across a variety of personal employment conflicts). Her fees were reasonable, particularly in light of the settlement/protections she helped me achieve. I'd work with Kristin again in an instant.

Left a lot to be desired

Kristin is knowledgeable and I was excited for her to represent me based on a referral and great reviews. She definitely leaves a lot to be desired. I called her out for her lack of communication and lack of timeliness. I felt like I was on the back burner the entire time. She took no ownership of he...r lackluster abilities in my case and deflected my concerns when I addressed them with her. I’d find someone else.

dicrimination

I couldn't have gotten through the employment discrimination case without having hired The Case Law Firm. From the first contact to the settlement hearing 3 years later, she and her team were methodical, informed, patient and dilegent in my case. I am so truely thankful for all of their efforts in ...treating me with respect and care through an enormously tramatic time. I was always kept updated and all aspects and stratagies were explained, discussed and examined for success and comfort. I couldn't say enough as to my strong recommendation.
