Kate Sedey of the Case Law Firm ably represented me for two plus years in an employment retaliation matter, and recently was able to bring the matter to closure. The employer was a very large and well connected institution with unlimited financial resources, that does not take kindly to lowly employ...ees rocking their boat. Internal policies, state employment laws-they don't seem to care, but they do not hesitate to dish out shabby treatment to employees who ask too many questions, just because they can. Thousands of pages of discovery documents don't phase her. Her court room and deposition demeanor are exemplary. I have worked with, and for, numerous attorneys, and numerous law firms during my adult life, and have had dealings with, and hired/fired law firms as part of my professional responsibilities. Kate Sedey is one of the finest lawyers I have ever had professional dealings with, and I would recommend her, and the Case Law Firm, without reservation.

I'm sure being professional is a minimal level expectation when researching a lawyer, but it's that second part of my title which I believe is much more rare. Trust is a loaded concept when it comes to the law, for whatever reason you find yourself desperately needing to trust an expert to trust tha...t the trust you had in your previous employer had been unethically severed. I am by no means a legal expert, but I can certainly tell when I have met someone honest and trustworthy. Kate is an intelligent, hard-working and personable lawyer who has been able to help me address and seek a resolution to a very complicated wrongful termination situation.

I had Kathleen review an employment agreement I received with a job offer and it was a great experience. She caught details that I missed and helped educate me on what to look for in future agreements.
