Sound Advice

I felt there was a possibility that I'd been let go unfairly and possibly as retaliation. I wanted to get legal advice from a professional and take action or move on. After searching through options, I decided to contact Case. The team was very helpful from the initial call. I left my information... with an assistant and was informed that my info would be passed on and I'd be contacted within 3 business days, if a lawyer felt my claim should be further explored. Kate reached out to me within 24 hours about setting up a consultation. Upon meeting with her and giving the details of my situation, she informed me that although my termination had questionable aspects, it would be difficult to prove retaliation. I appreciated her patience, questions, and understanding of my situation and feel like I can move on with questions put to rest by a true professional with sound advice.

I highly recommend Ms. Sedey

Prior to hiring Ms. Sedey, I reviewed my potential lawsuit with two other lawyers in person, and two over the phone. Ultimately, I chose Ms. Sedey to represent me for three reasons: first, she asked smart questions regarding the details of my case. Second, she was able to provide helpful information ...regarding the monetary amount I could, would, and did receive. Third, I appreciated the flexible payment options she provided. My case did not go to court because Ms. Sedey was able to reach an appropriate settlement with my previous employer. I was relieved that Ms. Sedey was as thorough and knowledgeable as she was, allowing me to avoid spending undesired time, money, and scrutiny in court.
