I had a problem with my h1b visa so I sent a detailed background email to this attorney. When I went to the office, he didn't read the email nor the documents and of course no preparations at all. I had to retell the story and he just provided some quick suggestions briefly. I can't believe that easy... conversation could cost hundreds of dollars.
