I spoke to Mr. Liston and sent him a 12 page letter on the events that took place at work which included discrimination, a hostile environment, unfair work conditions, etc. He read through my letter which I sent to HR, and told me that I dont have a case. I sent the same letter to another attorney... who has 0 reviews on Avvo. She not only got me a settlement of double digit thousands of dollars, she also got the 2 individuals who were high ranking above me fired. I am still at my company and very happy.
