I hired John to what I thought would be a short mediation, which has turned into a longer battle. Although I have not received resolution at this time, I can confidently say I have the best attorney possible for my issues (EEO) with my employer. John is extremely empathetic, honest and always resp...onds to calls/emails in a timely manner (same day). John is extremely professional and also very personable. He has offered his legal expertise on other issues outside the scope of my employment issues (such as reviewing a FOIA request). John will be upfront and honest if something is out of his scope of expertise. John is an incredibly kind person and has become what I consider a friend, but he is also not afraid to fight. After seeing him in mediation and correspondence with attorneys from my employer, John fiercely fought for me in a stern and professional manner, which gave me the utmost confidence in his abilities and integrity. John never talked or pressured me into taking a bad deal. In fact, he comforted me that he was in this for the long run. This is the kind of guy John is. I cannot say enough good things about his skills and character, John has been incredible and I will continue to use or at the minimum - consult with him regarding any issues dealing with any future employment issues.
