Excellent Lawer

I had a very difficult case. I got married in 2004, but my husband and I separated before I got conditions removed on my conditional green card (granted on our first interview). Immigration services after reviewing my case did not think I could prove that I originally entered in marriage in good fait...h, and in addition, they did not think I was abused in a relationship (extreme hardship). After so many years, and multiple denial from immigration services, in December 2016, due to diligent work and professionalism of my attorney: Tristan Gunn immigration judge granted me removal of conditions on my green card, she was convinced in both: that I entered in marriage in good faith, and I was abused. My years of torture ended, now I can put behind the hell I lived trough, and look forward to bright future. I truly believe that it was God's will that I had a best lawyer: Tristan Gunn, Besides professionalism, he is also a very nice and kind person. I had a difficult time taking time off from work, and he offered a pre-court appointment on Saturday, which is his day off. God bless him! I highly recommend Tristan Gunn.

Excellent lawyer

Tristan went with me to my asylum interview, he made sure to prepare me for it starting two weeks before, after having his office working on my case for few months before i applied ,making sure i have all the required papers and helping collecting evidences, he comforts me the day of my interview by ...reminding me ''it is not a test there is no messing up we are telling our story'' which gives me huge confidence in telling my story . I would recommend him for anyone needs an attorney for an asylum case.

Tristan did an excellent job of helping us obtain our immigrant visa. Although it was a lengthy process, it was well worth the wait at the end. The office was very helpful with all the steps that it took since we needed a waiver of inadmissability to proceed with our case. This step in the process... was the most lengthy! We were quite satisfied with Tristan's performance and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs a good immigration attorney in the future.

Excellent service - highly recommended

Tristan was my lawyer of choice when I intended to get married and move to the US. The advice provided was always very clear to understand, and well ahead of time, I was told what documents to obtain and where to send them. I was informed ahead of time how the marriage visa program worked, and was ab...le to choose the correct method for my needs (fiancé or marriage visa). Keeping in contact was easy and ensured to be confidential, thanks to the dedicated website and case program used by the company.

  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
