TN visa: From the outset my case was extremely difficult given that I had just two prior denials at the border (within 2 weeks). From my first consultation with Michael, he immediately quelled all of my fears and laid out various options which we could proceed forward with. He was always available fo...r additional discussion and follow-up and once we agreed upon the best path to move forward, he processed and completed all the paperwork immediately to attempt to get an approval as quick as possible. He was able to provide sufficient evidence and rationale to reverse the two prior (denial) decisions at the border through USCIS, which ultimately produced an approval.
