From the very first day that I engaged Attorney Mike Jarecki, I had the confidence that the end will be a bliss. He has an in-depth knowledge and the technical know-how of immigration issues. In all, I was called about 5 times and in each and everyone of the interview, not only did he prep us, he was... with us and ensured that we had everything the Government requested. This is a long overdue review of Michael Jarecki, immigration attorney. Michael handled our complex adjustment of status case based on marriage from about 5 years ago. He and his staff were always available to answer questions. I was impressed with how quickly they would respond to emails or p...hone calls. He is honest and gives you a clear idea of what to expect in the often lengthy immigration process. He also patiently walked us through the numerous immigration forms we had to file. I was also very happy that he attended our first green card interview. It gave me peace of mind. Going from the provisional to the permanent green card was fairly straightforward. A few years and several forms later, my spouse is now a naturalized US citizen. We used another attorney for the naturalization process, and I wish we had stayed with Michael. Live and learn, I guess.

Mike did an excellent job reviewing my case and asking the right questions re: my statement before he accepted it. Lindsay, who eventually did most of my legal representation, demonstrated the most empathy and precision during my asylum interview. I also know there were others involved, such as Jerom...e, who did a thorough and nuanced country conditions research. I'm so glad this office took my case and would recommend their up-to-date and superior knowledge and experience for those who work with USCIS in asylum-related matters.
