Knowledgable, professional and get things done

I come to Mike last Oct when I received a RFE letter from USICS for my I-140 application. After reading the REF letter, I am deperate and I know my current lawyer can't deal with it, I turn to MIke for help. This proves to be one of my best decisions in life. Mike and his team is on top of the case, ...they asked a lot of details of my situation and when they finally finish drafting the RFE response, I am so happy reading them and I know I should get approval this time. We delivered our response letter mid of Dec, and 30 days later, guess what, It was approved!! I want to thanks for Mike and his team of their hard work and excellent job. I can tell they spend a lot of time to orginze the material, cross check each evidence, use several legal arguement that I believe effectively applied to my case. I can't say enough thanks for Mike. The lesson I learn is, you can have a strong case, but you also need the right lawyer to present your case, so I strongly recommend Mike as the best Immigration lawyer - they are honest, professional, caring, and get things done!!!!

Excellent Service

From the very first day that I engaged Attorney Mike Jarecki, I had the confidence that the end will be a bliss. He has an in-depth knowledge and the technical know-how of immigration issues. In all, I was called about 5 times and in each and everyone of the interview, not only did he prep us, he was... with us and ensured that we had everything the Government requested. Even when it seemed tough, he calmed us down and gave us the needed advice t surmount the hurdle ahead. I never had the doubt that the end will be a bliss. And here I am having gotten my permanent resident permit. I have already recommended him to all my friends, family and known associates. This is a lawyer who delivers and makes sure success is achieved. Thanks, Mike. Effah AMEYAW 1/17/2020.

Professional, honest, and prompt

This is a long overdue review of Michael Jarecki, immigration attorney. Michael handled our complex adjustment of status case based on marriage from about 5 years ago. He and his staff were always available to answer questions. I was impressed with how quickly they would respond to emails or p...hone calls. He is honest and gives you a clear idea of what to expect in the often lengthy immigration process. He also patiently walked us through the numerous immigration forms we had to file. I was also very happy that he attended our first green card interview. It gave me peace of mind. Going from the provisional to the permanent green card was fairly straightforward. A few years and several forms later, my spouse is now a naturalized US citizen. We used another attorney for the naturalization process, and I wish we had stayed with Michael. Live and learn, I guess.

Asylum case

Mike did an excellent job reviewing my case and asking the right questions re: my statement before he accepted it. Lindsay, who eventually did most of my legal representation, demonstrated the most empathy and precision during my asylum interview. I also know there were others involved, such as Jerom...e, who did a thorough and nuanced country conditions research. I'm so glad this office took my case and would recommend their up-to-date and superior knowledge and experience for those who work with USCIS in asylum-related matters.

Best Immigration Lawyer in Chicagoland: Knowledgeable, Thorough, Professional and Compassionate

My husband's friend, a lawyer, recommended Mike. We are so glad that we took her advice and contacted him. He successfully handled our case. There are two reasons why we feel so positively about him. 1. While our case was not complicated, we came to him after an especially troubling experience with ...the attorney selected by my workplace. From our first consultation to the end of the successful process, he was knowledgeable, informed about changes in policies and regulations at USCIS, and transparent. He communicated with us promptly and responded to our questions thoroughly, and clarified our confusions. He is attentive to detail and had clear instructions about the documents necessary to make our case. His overview of what to expect in the interview made us feel prepared and eased our anxieties about the process. It was invaluable to have him present in the room during our interview. 2. Being an immigrant, especially a non-white one, can be challenging. But Mike and his staff treated us with respect, patience, and kindness. Going through the immigration process is nerve-wracking but Mike and his team made it as stress-free as possible.
