We have never written a review before but this time we must. Mike and his staff (Jessica Walstrum) did an awesome job with our case. We are from different states and it didn't make any difference in our interaction, any concerns or questions were answered in a timely manner, they were always courteou...s and professional. When we met with him we knew he was the right one to help us. Ours was a marriage immigration case. Mike guided us through the process from step one to the approval of the green card. It didn't seem that our interview went very well, this is when Mike shined and reassured us and made us feel at ease in a very stressful situation. He was right. Love won. Many immigration lawyers were recommended to me. I met a few of them & decided to use Mike for my immigration needs & it paid off very well. I had two immigration interviews & he was there with me on both occasions. I remember the second interview which lasted an hour or more; it was tough as the o...fficer was being hard on me. I hired Mike Jarecki to provide advise with porting my Green Card over to another employer. This process was risky as my former employers were not cooperating with releasing copies my immigration documents. Even with AC21, I felt I needed legal counsel on navigating the process. Mike not only provide...d me with expert advice, he was kind and patient to listen to my concerns and responded with excellent recommendations on next steps. Mike helped to draft a letter for my portability using AC21 and submitted it to USCIS. Within one week, my Green Card was approved. I was glad I had Mike's representation since he strongly advocated for my case, even though my new employer had an in-house immigration attorney to provide immigration support (she had an entirely opposite attitude- condescending, inpatient and rude). Mike, on the other hand, is someone whom I would highly recommend to anyone needing immigration services, because he truly cares for his clients.
