They will certainly examine the marriage closely. You need to provide as much proof as possible at the interview (they will call you for one)....

That's for a multinational manager or executive. You would have to be on an L1A for a year.

If you are the US citizen you don't need a waiver. Are you asking if you need a waiver because of your previous filings?
