I contacted The Law Offices of Jeffery M. Leving to help me get a fair visitation schedule for my son who is in school now and we have a schedule that changes a lot and the father is not flexible. I wanted my son to have some stability and be able to spend time in his own home on school nights and b...e able to plan vacations, birthday parties, etc. I didn’t want to take the father to court but needed to as it was in the best interest of my son. I met with James Hagler who outlined a clear strategy and even helped me with questions after the consultation. When I went to court Bill Dowling represented me. Both attorneys called me prior to court to explain what would happen and what I can expect as an outcome. After court I was extremely pleased with the results and got a very fair ruling from the judge. I would describe this firm as focused, diligent, and great to work with. I cannot recommend this firm enough! If I could give them 10 stars I would. I know they help a lot of fathers but they help mothers too. Basically if they can help a child they will!

He did represent me in my divorce. very expensive and bearly did anything. him and his firm promissed a lot but after papers were signed. he didnt delivery anything. he pushed me to sign everything and on the end he just said to me that if i would have sons instead of daughters we would have more ...chances to win a case. He didnt showed any evidences to judge. didnt fight for me at all. basicly he was just showing up in court fir $1600 per visit. I could do exactly everything the same with no attorney. Stay away from him and his firm. They promise but not delivery.
