i worked with Sean for 2 years on a post-divorce decree. Sean led my representation brilliantly. He had a very clear strategy, which ultimately worked. He knew his adversary -who was shifty, unwieldy and wiling to play dirty. But Sean always took the high road. He was overly prepared for every me...eting with the Judge and established supreme confidence and credibility with his command of the facts. I was referred to Sean Hamann by a friend after spending a year trying unsuccessfully to settle my divorce via mediation. I had been married for 25 years and there was a lot to unpack emotionally and financially and by the time I met Sean I was a mess. Having to get a divorce was something I never thought I was going to have to go through. This divorce was not a easy process to handle and there was a lot of stressful moments involved.
