He told more stories then he did work
I hired Mr. Dowling, to fight for me and instead he made my case worse, while filling the wrong motion in probate court. He took nine months and did absolutely nothing to further my case. 08p665 in conjunction with 08F1318. If you like proof; just read my case. Thank you,
