Exceptional Service During a Complex Employer Case

Working with Stephen A. Glickman has been one of the best decisions I have made as an employer. My case involved sensitive and complicated issues, and he handled every part of it with a level of care, knowledge, and professionalism that immediately put me at ease. What stood out most was his respo...nsiveness. He never left me guessing or waiting for updates. Every question was answered promptly, and he always made sure I understood my options before moving forward. That level of attention is rare, and it made a significant difference during a stressful time. He approached the matter with a thoughtful strategy, explained the process clearly, and delivered far beyond what I expected. His work was thorough, steady, and incredibly effective. The outcome reflected both his expertise and his genuine dedication to his clients. I am truly grateful for his support and guidance. If you are an employer looking for an attorney who is knowledgeable, responsive, and deeply committed to protecting your interests, I highly recommend Stephen A. Glickman!

Great Attorney, Highly Recommend

Steve was incredibly helpful in walking me through a non-compete agreement with a former employer. He made things easy to understand and was always available for questions. Highly recommend!

Highly Recommended

Mr. Glickman did an excellent job for me in a dispute with a former employer. He cared deeply about my case, and he fought hard. His thinking was always clear, and he was able to leverage his vast experience and his ability to "think outside the box" to develop a very effective approach. One thing... became crystal clear to me right away: Mr. Glickman is extremely intelligent, and there is just no substitute for that. He is also a great communicator; he always listened carefully to my ideas and kept my goals at the top of his mind when suggesting paths forward. I am very pleased with the outcome he negotiated for me, and I wholeheartedly recommend him.

Wealth Management Industry

Steve is an excellent employment law attorney and was a true advocate for my issues and concerns. This was an employment contract dispute; he listened to what was important to me and always gave me his best advice. It was worth every penny having him legally represent me; I am certain I wouldn't ha...ve been as successful if I didn't hire him. I highly recommend him for anyone seeking an employment law attorney, he is very responsive and knows his stuff.

Breaking up is hard to do: cutting ties with past employer

Steven was very helpful. He helped me. I was able to ask the right questions in order to obtain all the severance documentation and information I needed prior to cutting ties with my last employer. He was patient and clear. I was able to make decisions based on facts and not emotion (which is hard wh...en you're losing your job). I appreciated speaking to a human who knows employment law vs a lawyer who throws a bunch of legal jargon at you. I felt heard and cared for. He used regular terms to explain the law and the options I had. He also helped me write emails that contained the legal messages I needed to send without sounding threatening. This helped me work things out with my prior boss and with HR. In the end, I knew I had heard and read all the information I needed to make a decision. Thanks Steve!

Relationship: Other

"I am a neutral mediator/arbitrator who has worked with Steve a number of times. He focuses most on what is best for his client. He's well-prepared and presents arguments effectively. He knows the applicable legal principles, drills down on the evidence in a case and has always identified all of the key issues. While not unwilling to press a case to trial, he will consider a reasonable settlement if it's in his clients' interest to do so. Bottom line: effective litigator, excellent and tough negotiator."

"Steve was a pleasure to work with on an employment law matter a few years ago. Although we were on opposite sides, I found him to be reasonable in his approach and demands. As a direct result of his style, flexibility and practical response to the matter, we were able to reach an amicable solution that was acceptable to both parties. Since that case, and directly due to Steve's reasonableness and accessibility, I have referred numerous cases to Steve."

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
