Sharon Beth-Halachmy

advises business clients and entrepreneurs on a wide array of business matters including choice of entity, corporate compliance, shareholder and partner relations, contracts, exit strategies and day-to-day legal advice. Sharon has negotiated and drafted a wide variety of commercial agreements, including licensing agreements, purchase contracts and various marketing agreements, including distributor, franchise, supply and product development agreements.

Broad experience in commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and general corporate matters. Has served as counsel in private equity and debt offerings, loans and other forms of financing transactions and has represented borrowers, lenders and developers in commercial real estate transactions.

Wide experience in employment matters including negotiating and drafting a variety of employment-related agreements such as employment and consultant agreements, severance agreements, stock option agreements and other forms of employee and executive compensation agreements.

Represents Israeli companies doing business in the U.S. and U.S. companies and investors doing business in Israel.
