I reached out to Michael for advice in a real estate matter. I was under threat of being sued for $4,000 for breach of contract from the sale of my home. I was looking for advice and some sort of guidance (something my attorney at the time was not providing). Michael took a look at my contract and in...spection report from the sale of the house. He gave me advice on what to anticipate as an argument against me and what arguments I had against the buyer of the home. I could not believe that a former landlord attempted to coerce me into paying over $800 for alleged damage to my apartment that I was not responsible for.
