I hired Mark in 2015 when my initial application for asylum was referred to the immigration court. He agreed to take my case and since had built a case that my previous lawyers hadn't even thought about. My court hearing was delayed 6 (SIX!!!) times and each time Mark would update my case with the co...untry conditions and get the updated affidavits from the experts. He asked for numerous supporting documents and proofs to strengthen my case and I had two lawyers before and those never asked for anything remotely like that. Each time he would work with me to tell me what kind of information I needed to provide and throughout this time he would always respond to my questions in a timely manner. He is succinct in his replies, but those are always to the point. He charged a fixed price for the whole case and even though the case was delayed so many times and he had to redo a lot more, he never charged more and honored our contract. My case was at a court with a very low rate of asylum granted and I was very, very anxious about the outcome. He told me "to trust the system" and to trust his judgment of my case's strength and to focus on the bright side. His reasoning, vision, and so many years of experience gave us all comfort in our case. Finally, in 2024 we had our individual hearing and we obtained our asylum. I can't thank Mark and his team enough for the work they've put forth and the guidance they showed throughout our journey that lasted over 8 years. If Mark takes your case, then it means that he sees the strength in it and I'd trust his judgment and the strategy he picks to position your case. I am aware of many friends who took Mark as their lawyer and they all were very satisfied with the outcome. On a personal side, he is a person with a great heart and compassion.
