As soon as the Supreme Court declared the Defense of Marriage Act to be Unconstitutional in 2013, I contacted Mark Davidson to request Residency for my spouse. Davidson and Schiller worked efficiently as a team to guide me through all the steps (the I-130, the Hardship Waiver I601, and finally, the ...Consulate Interview. This was a nerve wracking time for me and my spouse and I was so nervious when we went to Juarez to have the interview with the consulate. I was so worried that the Consular staff wouldn't like something in the paperwork that we had prepared and they would reject my petition and my husband wouldn't come home. As it turned out, Mark's team had followed all the steps in the process perfectly, they gave us a package of paperwork arranged exactly as the consular personnel wanted, and he received his visa within a week.
