We needed a new lawyer to help us terminate child support since the child was turning 18 soon. We lived in Florida, but original case was in Illinois. Very beneficial that he is able to practice in both states. He answered all our questions and communicated with us every step of the way. Every scenar...io we thought of (of how it may turn out), he was able to provide a detailed plan of attack and realistic expectations. Very fair price and support was terminated with no issue. Would hire again!

Do not hire Mr. Schwab. Only out to make money for himself. He did not layout all the details in my divorce case as far as all the items I could be asking for in court. I had to look up laws regarding property division and consult with 2 different attorneys to kind out the about the things I could be... asking for in court, which Mr. Schwab said I can't ask for. He was only looknig for ways to bill me for more money. Mr. Schwab falsely accused me of making threats only because I had said I would like the Bar Association and the Better Business Bureau to look into the case. I reached out to and e-mailed opposing counsel to settle my own case which Mr. Schwab was over paid to do and did not.

Mr. Schwab delivers results on his promises. My case was complicated and I came to Mr. Schwab with a big hole (mostly of my own making) to dig out of. Mr. Schwab went to the mat for me on numerous occasions during the process and achieved an outcome that was better than I expected. In the process,... he also put me on a better path in managing my relationship with my ex that has helped me to this day. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a good lawyer in family law.
