Extremely professional & responsive
We were extremely pleased with the service provided to us by Sanghvi Law Group. We hired Raj for a messy situation we got into with our subletter. Starting from initial discussion, to serving notices Raj's firm smoothly carried out each step of the process up until a successful judgement. I had a problem tenant that I needed to get evicted. I had a previous attorney that couldn't get it done, and so I hired Raj Sanghvi and he got him evicted with lazer-like precision. Thanks!! I will be hiring Raj Sanghvi again for future real estate closings and any other problems I have when it comes to business or real estate. There was very good communication between me and his staff (Sam Khamat). I never felt as if I was in the dark and I'm happy with the end results.

Raj was helpful and competent, but tended to go on and on, explaining things I understood the first time around. Maybe he just wanted to make sure I understood things. All in all very satisfactory. Would absolutely use again.

Seller side real estate closing
Raj was very knowledgeable and offered innovative solutions to some of our closing issues. Client was able to close on sold home and newly purchased home on same day eliminating need for temporary housing. Would definitely recommend Raj again.

Using Raj as my lawyer for my house closing
I really appreciated Raj's thoroughness and knowledge. We had a problem at our closing that was the other lawyer's fault. After almost 4 hours, Raj was still very calm which helped me through the situation. I was late to my second closing but he has us call ahead and he never complained. Two closing in one day can get extremely nerve wracking. I thank him for his demeanor.

"Effective and Efficient"

Quality Representation, reasonable price
Mr. Sanghvi, has taken care of a number of my company's legal issues. Each time, he has worked quickly and efficiently to get us a resolution we were happy with. In the first instance we had a dispute with a general contractor and he was the second attorney we used, we switched to him after we found the case dragging on for much too long, at our expense. He brought the case to a quick conclusion and saved me a lot of money. He has also created all of our contracts, and taken care of all of our real estate closings. I would recommend Mr. Sanghvi to anyone.

Knowledgeable attorney with impressive negotiating skills
After hiring Mr. Sanghvi to help with my debt settlement case, he was able to negotiate a deal for me that was not only affordable, it was far better than what I had hoped for originally. He was efficient, readily available, and it was clear that he has positive working relationships with other local attorneys who respect his negotiating skills. If, like me, you are nervous or even a little clueless about what to do when it comes to stressful legal situations, he is great to work with, because he is well-versed in what he's doing and will keep you informed without adding any unnecessary stress to your situation. Within a couple of weeks, he managed to negotiate my settlement with very little work on my end.
