Nicole Mary McKinnon

Ms. McKinnon helped me drastically to secure visitation with my son. She worked very hard to get me extended visitation, which my spouse was denying me, and secured my regular visitation schedule which she was also trying to deny me. However, when it came to the actual divorce settlement, she wou...ld not work with me at all. Ms. McKinnon, or perhaps the firm as a whole focused more on getting as much money out of me as they could, as opposed to helping me. Since my visitation was secure, and I knew there would be no settlement and I would be headed to court, I had no choice but to drop the attorney and go to coourt pro se. In the following months after dropping Ms. McKinnon I found more knowledge beneficial to my case doing my own internet research than this attorney ever presented to me. I understand that I was not a big money client, but I expected better service for the money I did shell out. I am not saying it all falls on Ms. McKinnon, I'm sure she was working in the restraints of her firm. But I would have to recommend that anyone look elsewhere for representation in a divorce case.
