I just closed on the sale of my town home, which took about 3 months due to mortgage difficulties. Mike was excellent and made sure I was comfortable with each step of the process. He was willing to operate at an advanced pace for some of the "easier" aspects of the transaction while still taking the time explain some of the more complex components, such as the tax implications, in which he was we...ll-versed. This was my first real estate transaction and I left feeling like he raised appropriate concerns with the sellers attorney and represented my interests well.

He is accessible, thorough, timely, aggressive, and keeps all parties in the loop; not to mention he has a fantastic sense of humor. I have never had a client who has worked with... Mike have anything negative to say about the experience. When involved in a real estate transaction, the first thing I want to know is "who is/are the attorney/attorneys involved?".
