Michael came highly recommended from our real estate agent and we couldn't have asked for a better lawyer to help guide us thru the purchasing process for the first time. What we originally thought was going to be a cut and dry purchase turned out to be double the work after our first condo failed i...ts inspection. Michael got us out of the contract with no problems and then performed all services a second time once we found a new condo --- at no additional cost. On signing day he made sure I understood every element of the 100 or so things to which I signed my name which was much appreciated as I've had zero interaction with lawyers & law to date. Once closed and happy in our new home my wife & I were pleasantly surprised Michael donates $50 of our fee to the charity of our choice - very cool. All in all, great guy and super helpful.
