I happened to come across one of Mike's blogs regarding real estate tax valuations and appeals and was instantly hooked to it. The information was presented in easy to understand language (non-legal speak) and very structured. Months later, by chance (and a pleasant one) my real estate agent recommen...ded Mike to serve as my attorney and I was extremely pleased the way him and staff handled the transactions. Mike was very patient, diligent and deliberate in his review and communications and listens to his client and offers candid opinions, which is what you could from an attorney. Although his fees were marginally higher than others, it was worth it and I recommend not skimping on a few dollars for such an important investment. I strongly recommend his services.

At closing, he sat right next to me and explained every single document that I was signing in a manner that made sense to both me and my wife and I really felt like he was "on my team". After speaking with friends and family that have gone through this process, I feel like we were lucky to have Michael to work with and even had both our real estate agent and the seller's agent mention that our closing process was one of the most stress-free and straight-forward that they'd been a part of. If you're looking for a thorough, no non-sense attorney to guide you through the process of purchasing real-estate, I'd definitely suggest working with Michael.

Michael will work tirelessly on your real estate deal no matter how complex it is. His patience, diligence, and responsiveness really sets him apart. He kept me informed throughout the entire process and returned all my calls in a timely manner, answering all of my questions. He delt with all the iss...ues and negotiations effectively and managed to save me a bunch of money in the process. Highly recommended.
