we recently hired Michael for our first home purchase in Lincolnshire, IL and we cannot recommend him enough. He was knowledgeable, respectful and efficient and always on time. We had a pretty sticky situation with our first contract because the house did not appraise 2 out of 3 times but even thro...ugh that he was so helpful that we hired him again without hesitation when we found another house a month later. He will always answer every question and never miss any detail and explain everything in terms that are comprehensible for people like us who have no experience with law. We cannot recommend him enough!

Mike Wasserman was our real estate attorney for both our recent condo sale in the city of Chicago and our purchase of a single-family home in the Western Suburbs. Mike provided excellent guidance in all situations and educated us well enough to keep us calm. His advice was tremendous. He helped us not to worry about matters that were not important, but was very clear when there were things we needed to watch out for, or decisions we needed to make. There were several times along the way when I had many questions for Mike. He was always very responsive as well as very patient as he helped me to navigate through matters that I did not understand well. He was always completely reliable. Mike's competence in this field is quite obvious, but we enjoyed working with him as much due to the interpersonal relationship as much as the skill. He is professional and courteous yet has a great sense of humor that is calming and that he manages to work into the relationship while always maintaining that level of professionalism. We would recommend Mike without hesitation and will certainly look him up for similar needs in the future. No complaints and nothing but positive things to say about Mike.

Mike helped us close our condo 2 weeks ago. We had some stress as we were closing remotely and from 2 time zones away. Mike was very responsive and supportive throughout the whole process, most of the communication took place over email and closing went smoothly. We did not even have to travel to Chi...cago once during the entire process. We'll certainly use Mike's services again if we ever need to conduct real state business in the Chicago area!

Our loan officer recommended Michael to us when getting ready to purchase a condo in downtown Chicago. From my first conversation on the phone with him, I felt comfortable asking him questions as we navigated through the contract , then all the condo docs and finally the closing. He was always quick ...with his responses to email and kept us and our realtor informed all along the way. At closing he patiently explained each document we signed even though I'm sure he had done it hundreds of times before. We would use Michael again.
