He was always very responsive as well as very patient as he helped me to navigate through matters that I did not understand well. He was always completely reliable. Mike's competence in this field is quite obvious, but we enjoyed working with him as much due to the interpersonal relationship as much as the skill. He is professional and courteous yet has a great sense of humor that is calming and that he manages to work into the relationship while always maintaining that level of professionalism. Mike helped us close our condo 2 weeks ago. We had some stress as we were closing remotely and from 2 time zones away.
