My wife and I were purchasing a home and was referred to Mike by our realtor. From the get go, Mike was very helpful. When it came to day of close we had an issue that needed quick attention and Mike was able to step in and get it taken care of so that it did not hinder our close. During the close (which was long and boring) Mike was able to walk us through the papers and comment on what was important while injecting some levity to make the time pass more quickly. Michael helped us buy our first home. As a first time homebuyer, we had a lot of questions that needed answering. Michael sent us a great information package in his introductory e-mail, and that answered all our questions. He gave us a written timeline for the transaction, and what needed doing befor...e which date. These instructions made sure that we were on right track, leaving very little room for ambiguity.
