We engaged Michael in August 2017 to assist with the sale of our 1-bedroom condo apartment in downtown Chicago. Our condo was in pretty good shape, but the buyer, or possibly his attorney, was making all sorts of outlandish demands stemming from issues that the inspector noticed. They also were dem...anding an escrow holdback of some of the sale amount for a possible future special assessment, even though the HOA board had held zero discussion of any special assessment. Michael confidently advised us to hold our ground.... and eventually the buyer relented on his demands. Thanks Michael!
