Mike was very patient, diligent and deliberate in his review and communications and listens to his client and offers candid opinions, which is what you could from an attorney. Although his fees were marginally higher than others, it was worth it and I recommend not skimping on a few dollars for such an important investment. I strongly recommend his services.

I worked with Michael for my recent new construction purchase.It was a delight from get go which helped me a lot since this was my first property purchase in USA! And thus i bombarded him with millions of ques and often long chats to understand the IL process. He was so thorough with the subject and ...even though some ques were unique he always had the response and patience in dealing with a new buyer like myself. The way he "owns" your case is amazing.Ex - at several instances post inspection he dealt with the seller's attorney in such a way it seemed like Michael was the buyer! Then again at closing the seller attorney was trying to push around the final punch list items they had to close.Michael asked them if they wanted to adjourn so seller could confirm acknowledgement of the final punchlist before I Closed the deal. At no stage did Michael drop the ball, due diligence etc. I will never go to anyone else besides Michael when it comes to real estate matters! And by the way...he was a reference to me. 2 of my friends had him as their attorney when they were buying and one of this friend has bought multiple properties and always had Michael represent him.
