Michael took hours one weekend, while on a family vacation, to get on a conference call and resolve the matter. I have been in business for over forty years and this kind of dedication is rare. There were many issues to negotiate in the franchise agreement. Michael knew that even if an issue as not to our liking, it was normal and not worth the expense fighting over. He also stood his ground for us when a clause in the agreement needed to be changed. In the end we signed an agreement that was better than I thought it would be. In summary, Michael Boxerman explained what his representation would entail including an estimate of the legal fees. Michael went above and beyond our expectations in getting our deal done within parameters acceptable to us. His fees were proper for the work he performed for us.
