I have been a bankruptcy lawyer for 19 years.  I believe in bankruptcy and what it can do to give you your life back.  Like most federal laws, bankruptcy designed to protect the individual.  Too few people pursue the amazing benefits that the bankruptcy law gives to them.

I joined my existing firm in 1998 and took it over completely in 2005.  Since 1998 our firm has filed over 5,500 bankruptcy cases and helped countless more with their debt issues.

During my career, I have been involved in all sides of consumer bankruptcy proceedings: representing individuals who file, creditors pursuing actions, and even bankruptcy trustees.  I have represented all types of small businesses in bankruptcy cases as well.  My extensive and well-rounded bankruptcy experience helps me find solutions from all sides of the problems presented by debt.  My experience and the passion of our firm will help you move forward toward living the life you want.

    Mark Schlottler handled our Chapter 13 Bankruptcy case. From the first time we met Mark, he was upfront and open with all the details including the fees for his services. During the 5+ years that Mark handled our case, we never had any problems. Every phone call to his office was handled with the upmost professionalism and if no one was in the office to receive our call, either Mark or one of his associates returned our call in a timely manner. There were even apologies for them not getting back to us sooner than they did. We are very greatful for having been recommended to Mark and we would certainly refer him to any one needing assistance.
