There were many issues to negotiate in the franchise agreement. Michael knew that even if an issue as not to our liking, it was normal and not worth the expense fighting over. He also stood his ground for us when a clause in the agreement needed to be changed. In the end we signed an agreement that was better than I thought it would be.
