I retained Joshua to represent me for a retaliation and discrimination case against a very large entity (multi-billion dollar firm). I am a male, and I requested a promotion for a female who reported to me. This female made less than her peers. After I requested the promotion, I was called into th...e head of my department (with HR present) and I was terminated (for purported lack of performance). In the end, we went to arbitration, and once again, Joshua exceeded expectations. We settled, favorably. This process is not fun, and Joshua was very straightforward and very easy to work with. My recommendation to potential clients is to have all of your documentation organized (documented). Joshua was a great legal representative when I did not know where to turn.
