Working w/Jessica has been well worth it. Very responsive, detailed and contains a deep knowledge of her craft. I had a situation where the mother had monopolized and broke a working verbal agreement. It did not favor me very well and Jessica was able to articulate to the court my situation with case... law that brought light into my case. I am very relieved and happy with my experience w/Jessica and already referred her to a close friend.

I went in with a case that due to mom having taken off with my son for years with no contact or location, combined with the fact that my ex and I had never been married looked at best, slightly more than hopeless man with few rights under Illinois law. After a long struggle, that at times seemed b...leak, I now have custody, and during the trial she managed to reveal to the judge that each one of my exes witnesses was actually a witness to unacceptable behavior that could, possibly endanger my child. Ms Marshall was very professional and we won our case she knew the law and let us know what to expect each time we went to court , she's a very good lawyer a bit pricey for my taste but she did what she said she was going to do and if I ever need an attorney again I would use her again & I... would refer her to family and friends .
