I paid this lawyer more than 3 years ago, his fee plus court fees. I fail in giving him papers he needed, but finally this year, I asked him to return the court fees ($600) because nothing was going to be done there yet, he said he would keep his fee ($400). I said ok, but i need it my boys birth c...ertificate apostillado, he was suppose to do that, last time I talk to him was like 3 months ago. He does not answer my calls or emails. I just want my money for the court fee back and my boys birth certificates. He is taking advantage that i am not in the US right now. I am going through a bad case of child support in Peru, and I told him I needed the birth certificates apostillados to proof the fathers paternity, plus i need the money to hire a lawyer here. This was my last resource. I hope he finally does what is right and give me my money and papers back.
