FAST resolution re alleged copyright infringement

We got a list of law firms attached to a notice that a court complaint had been filed by a copyright holder. After going through the list and doing online research we contacted Mr Antonelli. Due to the pandemic we didn't hesitate too much about his firm being in another state, and also because the fi...rm has workings/co-counsels in numerous states. Mr Antonelli apparently has vast experience in this particular field (copyright infringement) and explained what his experience SUGGESTED would be the outcome. He was absolutely correct, and we were able to reach a VERY reasonable settlement. What impressed me most was how quickly he gets things done - from responding to an online queerie, to scheduling a phone consultation (same day!) to answering emails, to filing paperwork and contacting opposing counsel. ESPECIALLY given that we only had 30 days from the time the complaint was MAILED to us to resolve it! Mr. Antonelli is very thorough and patient in answering questions and is understanding of his clients/potential clients confusion and apprehension when they get that complaint notice! Highly recommend.

Great Choice

I contacted Mr. Antonelli for a consultation and he laid everything out. I hired him, and he kept me up to date on everything as the case progressed. In the end, he negotiated the settlement down from 50k to 4k. I highly recommend Mr. Antonelli

Best choice i could have made!

I was served with a legal notice and had no idea how to proceed. Based on other reviews, I selected Jeff to represent me. He was empathetic, immediately responsive to my specific concerns at each step in the process, and provided excellent guidance to resolve the issue. Jeff was especially adept a...t negotiating a very reasonable settlement (thousands of dollars less than I expected). All in all, he provided exactly what was needed to ensure the best outcome, and i would hire him again in a second.

Quick settlement

Jeffrey Antonelli law negotiated settlement with movie company quickly (less than a week) with savings of more than 50% and $20k. He has been professional, responsive and got the job done.

Amazing results!

During the consultation with Mr. Antonelli, he was very open in terms of what to expect and explained the best steps forward. He answered all the questions that I may have had till I felt that I was comfortable in making a decision in terms of moving forward. This included a potential estimate based ...on previous experiences. After deciding to retrain the services of Mr. Antonelli, he told me what information he required from me and upon sending the necessary documents, he moved quickly to try to get things resolved. After just a couple weeks, a settlement was reached and at a fee that was almost a quarter of what was initially asked. This was of a great surprise to me, as I felt that there was not much evidence to support a financial hardship. I knew the final fee would be less than the initial but not by this much. Mr. Antonelli and his team made this whole process easy and quick so that I can move along with my life.
