This is the guy! The man with a plan and stragedy.

You must read this if you need a solution. My ISP was subpoenaed by a media company for my identity for alleged illegal downloading activity. I was referred to the Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) by my ISP who protect the rights of internet users. Though they themselves won't represent, they hav...e a list of reputable trustworthy attorneys that specialize in this field. I went down the list. Called 6 of them. Like tape players, they all said I have to settle (to keep my identity private and not risk being gouged for more) and based on the counts against me, it was going to run $9 grand minimum and most said $12 grand plus an attorney's fee. Fighting it will expose me and possibly cost a lot more. Attorney fees were all between $2500-$3000 to settle, not fight. So, I call Jeff, and I had a different conversation. He asks me a bunch of question that at the time I did not think were relevant to my case, but I went along. Without giving away his trade secrets because I have so much respect for this guy, he tells me he is pretty confident he will get me to half of what all others said and then tells me how. It blew my mind! I was SOLD immediately! I gave a deposit right away. LET THE MAN DO HIS JOB! Just lay it all out for him and the man will think outside the box. End result, we settled for a third of what every other lawyer told me. A crappy situation for me but no way was I coming out of this with a better outcome. Glad I made that 1 last phone call as I was ready to surrender to $15 grand. I can't say thank you enough.

A pragmatic, insightful attorney

Jeffrey exemplifies what a client attorney relationship should engender, respect trust and sincerity in solving a client’s issues. Aside from being well informed, Jeffrey kept me apprised of all actions he had taken to settle my infringement issue. His fees are more than fair and his actions are d...eliberate and measured solely for a client to have a positive outcome. Wouldn’t hesitate to engage Jeffrey and this coming for a person who has maybe written two recommendation comments in a lifetime.

Highly recommended

Mr. Antonelli was very easy to work with and clearly explained all my options for a copyright infringement issue to put my mind at ease. He had a great deal of knowledge and experience in multiple states (I am in NC) which helped as finding someone locally with his qualifications was difficult. He wa...s able negotiate a fair settlement in about a month.

A very good experience during a very trying time

Knowledgeable

Hired Jeffrey to work on a settlement after being linked to a Bittorrent IP case. I'm very happy with the outcome. Jeffrey was personable in all my personal interactions via phone/email and I felt he was fighting for my best interest every step of the way to ensure a positive result.
