I found myself dealing with a copyright infringement subpoena I received from my ISP. After doing a lot of research, I found Mr. Antonelli and his law firm. In my initial consultation, Mr. Antonelli was upfront about all the scenarios that could play out. I really appreciated his insight and the esti...mations he gave. It was spot on. Throughout the course of navigating this issue, Mr. Antonelli was responsive to all my questions and concerns. He was on top of everything. I would highly recommend utilizing his services if you face a similar situation.

Better then expected outcome

I hired Jeffery's firm and worked with Paul Sanders when I was served by Strike 3 for copyright violations. They were able to get the case dismissed without paying any settlement to Strike 3. I highly recommend their firm for dealing with these copyright trolls. For those who are looking for a la...wyer to deal with these cases, understand that you do not need to settle if you don't want to although it will take more time. Strike 3 are counting on you to panic to fleece you for money, in most cases they do not have a real case against you and I suggest you do your own research into these kinds of cases and ask the right questions. Paul was very patient in explaining what I was up against, potential outcomes and my options. The only real problem I encountered with Jeffery and his team is that they use a third-party secretary who does not forward any calls or messages. Get the personal contact information for your counsel as soon as possible and use that instead.

Mr. Antonelli and his team were very proficient in handling my case. Being sued came as a surprise but he helped guide me and explain what options would work best for me. I chose to do an anonymous settlement out of court and once the dust was settled, he was able to strike a deal with an 86% reducti...on from the initial settlement claim. Thanks again for everything. You're expertise helped me get my life back on track. Would highly recommend to anyone going through a similar situation.

Made a difficult situation much easier

Mr. Antonelli explained everything to me very clearly including what my options were for my case and made a difficult situation much easier. He was also able to settle for less than 20% of the initial settlement amount. I hope something like this never happens to me again, but if it does he will be... the first person I call.

Swift, surprising favorable outcome

Mr Antonelli was very supportive and personally involved in resolving my case quickly. He initially came up with a fairly good result for me, but then voluntarily went the extra mile to improve it even more. He "knows the territory," and uses that expertise for his clients.
