Results driven law firm

I received a subpoena letter alleging copyright infringement. This was a new and frightening experience for me. On line search brought me to the Antonelli Law firm. One conversation with Jeffrey Antonelli led to me hiring him. I’m in California and he’s in Chicago but this was no barrier. Jeffrey mad...e contact with the plaintiff and got a settle demand. He than negotiated a 75% reduction to a very satisfactory amount and we settled the case. From start to finish this was completed in less than three weeks. For cases such as mine I can not think of a better attorney. He’s also great to work with.

Settlement of an online unauthorized copyright infringement case

Mr. Jeffrey J. Antonelli acting on my behalf in this copyright infringement case was able to secure a settlement for me that was one quarter of the original lawsuit which was a savings of $20,700 from the initial settlement demand which was $28,200. Mr. Antonelli's fee was very reasonable and he was ...able to accomplish in a very timely manner which really alleviated a very stressful situation for me. I cannot overstate the great job that Mr. Antonelli negotiated on my behalf, nor could I conceive that any other law firm could have completed this settlement in a more expeditious fashion. Attentive, Responsive, No Nonsense

I hired Jeff to handle what I considered to be an outrageous lawsuit that would of cost me tens of thousands more with the previous representation I had. He was always fast with correspondence, and quite honestly worked a miracle for me. Thank you Jeff!

Amazing results!

During the consultation with Mr. Antonelli, he was very open in terms of what to expect and explained the best steps forward. He answered all the questions that I may have had till I felt that I was comfortable in making a decision in terms of moving forward. This included a potential estimate based ...on previous experiences. After deciding to retrain the services of Mr. Antonelli, he told me what information he required from me and upon sending the necessary documents, he moved quickly to try to get things resolved. After just a couple weeks, a settlement was reached and at a fee that was almost a quarter of what was initially asked. This was of a great surprise to me, as I felt that there was not much evidence to support a financial hardship. I knew the final fee would be less than the initial but not by this much. Mr. Antonelli and his team made this whole process easy and quick so that I can move along with my life.
