Gifted and Aggressive Federal Criminal Defense Lawyer

There are no words to adequately describe what attorney Hal did for me. I’ve been under Federal Investigation by the DEA for 18 months and I couldn’t sleep or eat. I contacted Mr. Garfinkel after speaking with a buddy who told me he does federal work. Needless to say, Hal met with the US Attorney’s o...ffice in Chicago last week and not only was I not charged, the entire investigation was closed and I can go on with my life. Aggressive and Trustworthy Advocate

The Chicago FBI task force showed up at my house with CPD and searched my house and car and found a pound of marijuana and a 9 mm Handgun. Did exactly what he said he would

I went to Hal when my current lawyer didn't have what it took to beat my case... I was facing 1-3 years on a aggravated UUW charge... and the have a ccw permit and foid...Hal got ALL CRIMINAL CHARGES DROPPED, got me a black man back my gun from the city of Chicago and my foid and ccw and my record is... clear as it was before it all started... can't put a price on piece of mind and with Hal you will get it

Great attorney

Mr Garfinkle is a great attorney. He helped me with a domestic violence case and a disorderly conduct case. He was very professional and always available to answer your questions. Kept Me Out of Trouble

I hired Hal Garfinkel as my legal council for a federal investigation. He was very thorough in our first meeting and in addition gave clear and concise advice to keep me from making any mistakes.
