The Best There Is!

Harold has been extremely helpful and caring. He has helped me through my situation, and was able to keep things calm all the way through. A Strategic, Passionate, and Efficient Attorney

Attorney Garfinkel just represented me in a criminal Stalking/Protective order of Protection case and he was amazing. He won my case; he presented everything to the judge and it made all the difference. It was a case that was very complicated. However, Attorney Garfinkel was spectacular in his presen...tation to the judge. He presented all the facts and evidence in a remarkable and passionate way. I really appreciate his help in winning this case; a case that just went on and on for months. I have the utmost respect for Attorney Garfinkel. He is an amazing attorney, litigator; he is very efficient and very smart. He sees things that are not there, and he can nail and hone in on things that are unique about your case. I would definitely hire him again if I needed representation. Attorney Garfinkel is amazing, efficient, professional, and strategic as far as your case is concerned. Personally I never had to deal with the legal system too much growing up. But from stories I seen and heard from personal friends and family members, getting a lawyer for my fiancé's case while pregnant was the last thing I wanted to do. I was so skeptical about the whole process. However, I came acr...oss Hal's info and immediately when I spoke to him he made me feel confident comfortable and he seemed very sincere. I got a good feeling and I met with him and later decided to hire him. The outcome couldn't have been better. He knew exactly what he was doing and won the case that many would have settled for. Words can't express how grateful I am. You gave my family back something that I thought I'd lose and that time. You were knowledgeable, sincere, trustworthy, and active. Great attorney

Mr Garfinkle is a great attorney. He helped me with a domestic violence case and a disorderly conduct case. He was very professional and always available to answer your questions. Great result... Very Happy with Hal

I hired Hal to defend my employee against a felony DUI and other things. His previous lawyers held 6 hearings and were headed toward a really bad result... We fired them and hired Hal. In two hearings, the case was done. The DUI was dismissed, the other stuff was minor. In the end my employee has ...to attend some AA classes and that's it. The state didn't have a good case but the other lawyers were still cutting a terrible deal. Not to mention how many hearings they had! Hal got it done right away with a good (and fair) result. I don't want to be overdramatic, but compared to what was going to happen with the other lawyers, Hal basically saved my employee's life. And he has a wife and little kids at home, so he saved theirs too. Definitely knows his stuff, understands the client's rights, and most importantly, will FIGHT for those rights.
